Scheduled Spyware Scan

How can I tell if a scheduled spyware scan was performed per the schedule? I
selected the default schedule of 2:00 am every day, but the next morning when
I check the scan history there is no record of the 2:00 am scan being
performed. I have veriffed the Disable Schedule box is unchecked. The scans
I perform manually are refledted in the scan history as expected.

was the computer on and running in the same account that install MSAS?
Wont work with computer off!!

Thank you for the reply. Does the computer have to be On? The computer was
in Standby, which is how I leave it when I'm not actively using it. Is it a
common practice for computers to be left On 24/7? Any risks with doing that?

Hello Duke,

Yes it had to be on, I don't like to keep the computer on, always a
risk! Try to run a scan ones a week wen you don't use it intensive,
thats an ouch! Clean everyday with CCleaner then the most of the trouble
is gone every day!

For beta1, the machine must be on with an administrator logged in.

No need to leave it on--re-schedule the scan for a time when you're logged
in but not using it heavily--a meal-time, perhaps?

go to system restore, put it of and restart the PC, then put system
restore back on!
System restore is in:
Start/Control Panel/system
