Scheduled jobs don't run

I have a scheduled job that was created on a Windows 2000 Advanced Server
using the BACKUP GUI.. If I run it when I create it, it runs successfully.
If, however, I schedule it through the Advanced section, it gives a result
of "0x4". If I check the log file, there is no entry for the job.

Any ideas why I can't get this job to run?

I was looking at the wrong job. The job I am having a problem with starts
and completes 15 seconds later. It shows up in the log file and has a
completion code of "0x0". As I said, if I run the job when I create it, it
works just fine. I'd appreciate any ideas.
