scheduled backups question

using windows 2000 pro backup utility can you set it to not pop up when its
run? In other words... I want to schedule a backup to run under the admin
account every 1 hour while a different user is logged in. I don't want the
backup windows and progress to show to this user?

any info is appreciated. thanks.

All processes scheduled under an account other than the current
foreground account are invisible.
