schedule not showing, only show slashes

I have a user who is on Outlook 2003 Service Pack 3. Their time is showing as
slashes only. I have run the freebusy switch, made sure they are in cached
exchange mode and even recreated their profile. Still not able to see their
schedule when I and others go into to schedule a meeting with the selected
user.

Got my own answer elsewhere, but wanted to come back and share it with
others....this did work for me in this situation

Sounds to me like the .ost file is damaged. Close Outlook on this computer,
then use Explorer to navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook. This is a hidden folder, so
you'll need to set Explorer to see hidden files and folders. Once you've
made it to that folder, delete the Outlook.ost file. Now, launch Outlook and
it'll create a new Outlook.ost file. --
