Schedule help

I have a couple of questions

How do I add the total of hours for five people on one schedule type
up in a month schedule? Due to multiple people doing 4 on n 2 off jus
totaling the lines mixes everyone up.


is there a monthly program i could use? can you advice a good one? o
free would be bete
 
list of names in B5:B22,daily hours in F5:F22
=sumif(B$5:B$22,"name",F$5:F$22),copy down and change names as required
