Schedule E-mail Delivery with Word Editor

Does anyone know if it is possible to schedule e-mail delivery when you are
using Word as your e-mail editor? The standard delivery options are not
available under Tools -> Options.

If you're talking about the Delay Delivery option, that would appear under
View | Options, not Tools | Options.

Found the answer! There is an Options button above the To: field. It
appears on a toolbar, though there is no actual selected Toolbar option for
it under View.
