Schedule defrag for XP Pro clients

I would to know how to schedule an automatic defrag using a group policy
object (windows 2003 server) for all my XP Pro SP2 desktops to run on a
monthly basis. Is there a specific GPO for this or do I have to create a
batch file and use task scheduler? If so, how do I set that using GPO?

You can't do that with native Group Policy. You have to use a startup or
logon script with at.exe to do that.
