Hi

Is it possible to shutdown my laptop say after x numbers of hours by its own ?
I mean, How can I schedule shut down of my own laptop ?
I mean, I go for sleep in the night. Before going to sleep, I configure my
machine in such a way so that it shuts itself down completely after say x
number of hours ?

I mean, it would be just 2 line script in unix. But I am sure equivalent
would exist in windows world too.

I am running Xp pro Sp1
No spyware or virus.
Thanks

Perhaps schedule a task to run after so many minutes/hours of idle time to
perform a shutdown?

(command line of shutdown /? will give you the parameters you need.)
