Schedualing Emails

Is there any way to set up Windows Mail in Vista, to send out emails on a
certain day and time? If so how do I do it?
 
The only way to do that would be to send the messages to the outbox offline
and then have WinMail launch (via scheduled tasks) and then it would send
out when launched, if Send and receive at startup is enabled.
