Scansion marks and long and short marks for poetry

How do I type scholarly poetic examples that contain single and double
slashes and long and short marks over syllables?
 
All the vowels with macron and breve can be found in the Unicode range 0100
to 016D (the Latin Extended-A character subset). Do you need something
beyond that?
