Scanning of a Outlook pst

Greetings!

I currently have the need to av scan and clean several large Outlook pst
files that I know for a fact are infected with a NetSky variation.
Pretty much every av product I've used scans emails and such but I
haven't found a av product that will scan and clean a pst file by itself.

Anyone know of av product that can do this?

The problem is a PST is a compressed archive of email. It would be best to install a MAPI
complaint AV software and open MS Outlook and then add the PST file to the profile. Then
have the AV software scan the folder representing the PST file.
