Running Windows XP with SP 2 installed
Epson 1670 scanner:
Error message:
Scanner could not allocate required memory. Quit other application and try
again.
No other applications are in use per Task Manager.
"Computer has 2 GB of ram."
What is next step in determining what the real problem might be?
Hate to dump the scanner for a new one if the problem isn't a software
or mechanical one.
