why is that file in the C:\program files\microsoft
antispyware? I thought it does not support cookie
scanning at all.

The third-party product this one is based on did scan cookies.

You never know--this feature might return.

i hope it does but i think the possibility is very slim,
Microsoft think IE could do the job already.

I don't think it is that simple. IE might be the right place to ban "bad"
cookies, but I think they are looking for a clear, industry-accepted
definition of what is a bad cookie.
