Scan to Email Using HP Solutions Center

When I try to scan to email from HP Solutions Center it runs me through
Outlook setup????

I have setup Windows Mail as my default email client and still no joy.....HP
have been next to useless, anyone in here have any ideas?

I don't know what "scan to email from HP Solutions Center" means.
Please explain.
HP Solutions Center should have nothing to do with your Windows Mail.

Start | Default Programs
Make sure Windows Mail has all its defaults.
