Scan Schedule Resets

Setting scan schedule to 12:anything e.g. 12:45 resets to
00:anything e.g. 00:45 on update schedule.
 
Yep, known issue, not a guranteed working feature in this beta 1 release,
should be remedied by beta 2. In the mean time, use another time.
