Scaled Down Video with Credits

I was wondering if anyone knew of a way (or a product) that would allow you
to provide a scaled down version of video (say 30% proportionally) with the
credits running on the left or right? (I'm thinking of old movies like
Canonball Run, where they would do bloopers during the credits)

Also, I know that you can develop your own transitions (through XML I
think.) But I wasn't sure if you could do the same for titles/credits. Any
help appreciated!

NOTE: I am aware of the two credits available in MM2 that stretch or squeeze
the video with the credits... (Not what I'm looking for...)

You could save a clip with normal credits... and then use the PIP XML stuff
to put it together with the inserted movie.

There aren't any 3rd party utilities that let you work with titles as there
are with transitions and effects.

Hello,

Find yourself a copy of MovieXone (free version usually put out every
two months or so on PC Utils Mag) You will be able to resize and move to any
position you like and have any kind of scrolling text you like (and where
you like)

PapaJohn - is there a resource that details how to do the PIP XML stuff? (on
your site perhaps?) Will it also allow you to push the credits to one side?
Thanks!

Try my newsletter #5 - it's online at:

http://www.windowsmoviemakers.net/PapaJohn/Index.aspx

It's been my most popular newsletter to date.

I'm working on a PIP effect right now... embedding 8 videos into it
checkerboard style.... yes, you should be able to do what you want with the
credits if you create the clip of the credits first... as a normal clip.

Excellent reference. I've also believe I've found the path of least
resistance on the home page of windowsmoviemakers.net. It references some
existing PIP transitions from Rehan, which I think will do what I need.

I still have to 'tweak' existing credits to move the text to one side. As
far as I can tell there isn't any customization available to create your own
titles....

Thanks again for everyone's help in making MM2 such a great (free) product!
