SBS2003 Where is the IM Service

I have recently migrated a customer from SBS2000 to
SBS2003 and Instant Messenging is not longer in exchange
features as it used to be. I do I get the IM clients set
back up? Thanks.

I can't really say I have a definite answer for you in this type of scenario, but Exchange
2003 (both the retail and what comes with SBS2003) does not have the IM server functionality.
