If you have SBC DSL, isn't Internet Explorer the same IE as usual? The
Yahoo screen can be different, but is the actual IE program different?

IE is IE, no matter who your ISP is. Some ISPs "rebrand" IE when you
install their software. If you don't like the changes, follow Wesley's
steps to change it to what you want
