Saying hello

Hi I'm new to the forum. I'm not fantastically PC literate in fact I have a computer that generally screws around on me. Anyway I'm hoping to get advice and warn people about bad places or companies to buy from. regards

Trouble loading Sony Soundforge

Hi all thanks for the welcome


It could be my rubbish MESH computer but I cant seem to load my new Sony Sound Forge 8 software. I put the disk in, follow the instructions, it says its there, it puts up an icon. But when I click on it, a red box frontpage opens saying Sony Software and a graphic and then nothing else! I leave it and nothing happens. There is nothing else to click on. Bizaree huh! Any thoughts?
