Saving Word 2003 to Word 2000

I am producing a document in Word 2003 which will be viewed by someone else
in Word 2000. How do i save it to this format, without increasing the size
of the file (using .RTF) or lowing the quality of images?

The file formats are the same, so there is no need to "Save As"

Save as a Word document. The file format is identical.
