Saving Transfering emails from Webmail to Outlook

Does anyone konow how can i set up my Outlook so it would
also leave my emails in my WebMail instead of deleting
them from my Webmail account

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

unfortunatly i can not find Accounts in Options. I have
an Outlook XP, i dont know if that makes a difference

It always helps to post your version.

Tools->Options->Mail Setup->Email Accounts->View or Change->Change->More
Settings->Advanced Tab.
