When I try to save to a cd it says that there is a problem and that I need to change my settings on the Administrator but I am the administrator. What is the problem?
You can't/shouldn't save to CD from PowerPoint, unless you have Windows XP
and PowerPoint 2003, in which case you should be using Package for CD (not
File > Save as..), which utilizes Windows' CD burnng capability.
Otherwise, always save to your hard drive and then burn to a CD using your
CD burning software.

If your trying to save directly to a CD I recommend that you don't. But, save to
your hard drive, and then copy (burn) to the CD
