What I have done is to have two sets of web pages, one
for each language. I think place a hyperlink from one
language to the other in the header.
This requires someone to translate the base language (say
English) into the second language (say Spanish). If you
don't have the necessary language skills, I would suggest
you hire someone who does.
You need to set up a separate subweb (if you host supports them) for any additional languages
