saving reports

I have a report that needs to run montly. The user would like to save each
month's report under a different file name (ie. run report in January, save
"ReportJan"; re-run report in February, save "ReportFeb"). Is there a way
do this?

Would it be better to just export the report into Excel and save it there?
If so, how can I export the report?

Top taskbar has (W) click and it expands to show Excel
