Run report on the 5th of every month automatically

I'm trying to figure out how to run a specific report that I have already made on the 5th of every month all year round. I then need it to dump the findings into an Excel worksheet and save it as "AVR High yearmonthday". It has to be named AVR High and then include the date in this format. ex: 20131005, 20131105 20131205.
