Saving report as Gif File

Hi,

I have an access report that I want to send to someone.
Is there a way to send it to them as a gif file or
something similar? The html loses its formatting and the
snapshot viewer is not installed on many PCs. Any ideas.

Snapshot or adobe are about your only options. You would need a pdf writer
software to save it as a pdf file. There is a free one (Cute PDF) that you
can search for and download from the Internet.

printer. This is like printing to a high end PaintBrush or other graphics
program. You can then save the output to many different graphic formats. The
program is ultra cheap considering the functionality it provides. It also
can capture screen "movies".
