Saving Pictures

When I try to save pictures in the "imbedded file" iI get the following
message:
"server error, the folder that would hold
url xxxx does not exist on the server"
Haven't seen this before and not sure of the implications. Can anyone help?

Did you File Import all images into your FP site before using them?
