Saving Photostory as a "WMA" file

Peter

Can anyone advise me on how to save my Photo Story project as a "WMA" file? I
have a digital picture frame which will only accept "WMA" file format.

WMA is a Windows Media *Audio* File ...
are you certain that is the format the
frame requires? I'm thinking you need
..wmv.

Anyway the output format from PhotoStory
is .WMV which is a Video format.

Is it possible that you are trying to use
the .wp3 project file...which will *not* work.

To get the .wmv file...advance to the Save
Your Story screen and click the "Next" button.

Thank you John for your prompt reply. Yes you were correct. I am guilty of
misreading info about my Digital Photo Frame. It actually requires my
Photostory 3 to be in "MPEG" format. So the question is now , "How do I
convert my "MMV" file to "MPEG" format?

Will the frame take an .avi file? If yes...import
your .wmv file into Windows Movie Maker and
save as follows:

File / Save Movie File / My Computer / Next /
Enter a Name and a Save Location / Next /
Show More Choices / Other Settings / open
the drop window and choose...DV-AVI / Next /
wait while the movie is saved / Finish.

Sorry, but I don't know of a converter that I could
recommend. It might be worth a try to do a Google
search for: "convert .wmv to .mpg"

TMPGEnc is an MPEG utility that can do it.... there's a link to it on my
Setup MM2 in XP > Other Software page.
