Saving Outlook Express Contacts and Messages

I am getting ready to format my hard drive. I would like
to save my OE contacts and messages to a CD.

Can you please tell me how to:

A) Save my contacts/e-mail addresses to CD?
B) Save my inbox to CD?
C) Save my sent items to CD?
D) Copy/load/import everything back into OE after I
format the hard drive from the CD?
