Saving My Contacts to Another Computer

Hello All

I want to transfer my extensive list of contacts from my home computer to my
computer at work so that I can access my contacts from afar. How do I do this?
 
Either by taking a copy of the existing outlook data file (with OL closed)
or by creating a new data file, copying contacts to that, closing this data
file and then copying as before.
This assumes you will be able to add a data file to your work PC

I am running Outlook 2003 on both computers. Can you explain to me how to do
what you suggested?
