Saving multiple attachments....

I know you can save multiple attachments from a single
email using "save attachments" ... and you can save
multiple emails by selecting multiple emails using "save"
or "save as"...

But is there a way to save multiple attachments from
multiple emails in a single step??? If multiple emails,
each having attachments are selected and you use "save
attachments" only the first email's attachment is saved.

Any advice is much appreciated
