Saving Movie to DVD stays at 0%

OK....the system is not locked up, I have made nemerous copies of this
before,
I have plenty of Ram, the system is clean and defraged.

When I press save to DVD the system counts up, then down and then stays at
0% compleated....what gives????
 
programme you are using?
Files you are inputting in to it?
When you say you have made numerous copies, is that of this exact file?
