Saving Movie to a CD

I am planning to buy a CD Writer if MM2 can save Movie Format that CD Player
can read. Is the Saving to CD option in MM2 can be played on any ordinary CD
Player?

You will need to have software that can burn a (Super)Video CD and a DVD
player than can play it.
 
I already bought CD-Writer with Nero v6 Software. I have read on Vision
Express. Is this a good software or do I need to buy different one?
 
I have posted a similar note - can you recommend any (free) software that
doesn't 'watermark' the images?
