Saving Movie Maker movie on DVD

Hello,
I have made a tribute movie about my grandparents for my parents as a
christmas present. Originally I boughtMaxell DVD-R CD's to save my movie.
When I tried to save it I received an error message that said my CD format
was not accepted by windows. I tried several things, including different
CD's (DVD+RW). I don't know how to fix the problem. Are there only certain
CD/DVD's that are compatible?

Hello,

What is the make and model of your DVD burner? Do you have a manual or help
file that tells you which formats it supports.

TTake note that a DVD player does not mean it can Burn DVD's even if it can
Burn CD's

I thought you couldn't save MM2 to a DVD playable on a DVD player?

Hello,

Well whoever told you that MM could burn a DVD is wrong. It cannot do
that.
