Saving messages?

With Outlook Express. So I have been saving messages in eml format.
Now, I am considering using Outlook (2003). When I tried to save messages,
there are four choices: Text only, Outlook Template, Outlook messages
format, Outlook message format -unicode, and HTML.
I am confused which format I should select. I wonder which format you use
for saving and advise me. Jorge

Depends on in which application you want to open it. Msg-files is the native
format of Outlook. For this you can also drag & drop messages out of Outlook
into an Explorer folder.

If you're going to switch to Outlook from Outlook Express, you don't have to
save your messages. Configure Outlook, then export the messages from OE to
Outlook.
