Saving messages in "message format" by default

Most of my messages contain attachments. To file the attachment with the
message I must save as *.msg.

The default in Outlook for "save as type" is "text only"

How can I make the default "message format"?

At present, I have to change the type every time I save.
 
Outlook provides no way to change the default for its File | Save As
command.
