Saving Mail Folders

I create folders for jobs. Some of my jobs have an inordinate amount of
correspondance and this approach is better as it enables me to quickly find
relevant emails.

Some of these jobs are now complete and I would like to save the entire
folder with the messages into the master file on the hard drive so I can
delete it from the Outlook tree. How can this be done?
 
Another option would be to, within OL, open the Archive pst, assuming you
use such, and move the folder to the archive
