Saving Issue... Need help

Okay, so I've had this problem saving, and I found what the PROBLEM is, but I
can't find the SOLUTION.

When I try to save a full movie (complete with music, title, clips, credits,
etc) I get a vague error message telling me to make sure that all of my
original source files are the same and I have enough space. I'm making 15 MB
movies and have just under 15 GB of space. So, that wasn't the problem. I
made sure nothing had been moved. Still didn't work.

Finally, I tried to see what would happen if I took off all titles and
credits. Eureka! It works. Problem is... I still want the titles and
credits. If I have text ANYWHERE at all in the movie, it won't save.
Whether I do regular titles and credits, or just try to place the text on a
clip in an overly using the "Make titles and credits" function. No matter
what it is or how I do it, nothing will save with text on it, but it saves
perfectly without.

Can someone please tell me how to correct this problem? Is there something
that I can do on my end? Even in previewing the movie when I have the text
in there, the titles, etc won't show up. It's just a blank screen and keeps
the rest of it from showing unless these titles are put on in the text
overlay area. I've been searching for an answer to this issue for 3 days now
and I really hope that someone here will be able to help me. If I have not
explained the situation thoroughly enough, please let me know and I will be
more than happy to try and clarify anything.

Thanks.

Sounds like the project is too complex for the resources available on your
computer.
The workaround for this can be time consuming but it is the best way to
solve the problem.
You need to try to split your project into pieces and save each piece into a
movie separately. Then you can import each of these files and put them
together to create your final movie.
If you need more specific instruction than that please post back and I or
somebody else here would be happy to expand on it.

I've tried doing that, as well. First, I tried to do a few clips with the
text on there, and it still wouldn't save. After that, I tried to just make
the title and credits, then I would insert them in later. Still, I got the
same warning message. Is there anything else I can do?

I'm stumped then the only other thing I can think of is you have an internal
problem with the WMM program itself requiring reinstalling SP2 and WMM with
it. Before doing that though I would check papajohn's website Problem
Solving -> Can't save a movie section to see what he's got for you.

Where can I find that site at? I'll check it out, and hopefully not have to
reinstall the update. If I have to do that, I'll have to order the CD,
because auto updates won't let me upload it through there. Thanks for all of
your help.

check the Setup > MM2.1 page of my site.. and try re-registering the
DLLs... one of the symptoms of an unregistered wmm2fxa.dll is that you can't
see titles....

Papajohn and Wojo,

Thanks for all of your help. I've gone through everything on that site, and
the blog that it's linked to, and still I'm having the same problem. I've
re-registered the DLLs and checked to make sure that I had the proper files
(as that was recommended in that blog) and still the problem persists. I'm
going to now, then, try to reinstall the service pack and see if that works.
