Changing Text Color in Titles & Credits

I have created movies which gave me an option to change text colors & text
size in the Titles & Credits. My most recent movie projects no longer give me
this option.
I can not understand what happened to these options.
Can anyone tell me how to get these options back?
I am using Windows Movie Maker Version 2.1.4026.0
Is it possible I have more than one version on my Windows XP?

You have the latest version of Movie Maker
for WinXP.

If you increased the size of the timeline by
dragging the edge upward...you could have
covered the "More Options" area of the
"Titles and Credits" screen.

Solution...drag it back down to reveal...
More options:
Edit the title text
Change the title animation
