saving hyperlinks

sprinkles

when i try to save a music file link, the "save target
as" option is gray, meaning i can't select it. i used to
be able to do this, also i can't save any thing else
either, including pictures, etc. I have the latest
version of IE(6.0). THANKS for your help.
