Saving history to another folder

How can I save history to another folder, or make
deleting history files a password protected task?
 
Your history is stored in the History folder. If you are using Windows 98,
it is located in C:\Windows\History. If you are using XP, it is in
C:\USERPROFILE\Local Settings\History
