Saving Excel???

I have an end-user, that frequently says that when she comes into work, and
opens a particular Spread sheet, it is not the same as when she saved it!
The only difference that is seen is several boxes that where highlighted are
no longer highlighted, and other boxes that weren't highlighted are! I
upgraded the user from Office 200 Pre. To Office XP in hopes that the
upgrade would fix the problem, that didn't work! Does any one have any
Ideas?
 
Any chance someone else could be looking at the file - Is the user the the same
person in the 'last saved by' field in file / properties.
 
I'm amazed and relieved to hear this -- I've had the same
problem for some time with a very complex workbook that I
update. I update, save, reuse -- but when I go away from
it for a few weeks and come back I find my changes are
gone. Really obviously things that I know I've done 4
times already. I'd love to hear more on this toward an
explanation or solution.
