G Guest Dec 17, 2004 #2 You can save the active sheet as a dbf file. File|SaveAs|Type db1,db2 or db3. Then in Access you can open up this file (I've Just doneit). But I think that you can open Excel files directly in Access but I'm not sure about choosing the data sheet. Why not just try it and see. Regards Peter
