Saving emails by sender

Hi,

Does anyone know if it is possible to save emails by sender?

The problem is I deal with a large number of emails each month, and in
accordance with the current system, I save these emails in a file on
the server "as emails" with the file name on each email being the
senders email address. but this is very time consuming as I have to
save each email individually, having to physically enter in the senders
emails address in the 'file name' box of the save as window.

What I would like to do is to select a group of emails and copy/save
them in a specified folder, and instead of the emails being saved
(Default) automatically by the subject field I would like to save by
the 'From' field (Senders email address).

I hope this makes sense, if anyone is unsure what I mean, simply copy
one email form outlook, paste it on your desktop and you will see that
the file name is the emails subject, and it is this that I want to
change, instead of auto saving the email with the file name that's in
the subject field, I would like it to auto save the email by the
address that's in the 'from' field.

Hope someone can help.

I'm using Microsoft Outlook 2003 (Not Express)

Hi Wilma,
Create a rule for each sender to move a messages received from
( senders e-mail address) to the folder XXX you created for those messages.
