Hi
Is there any way of setting a default file location for all emails and
attachemnts I would like to save to the network drive. At teh moment you have
to click about 7 times before you locate the folder you want to save in can I
set it so that I just have to click Save As an when the save window opens it
will be in my desired location.

Thanks in Advance and if thishas been asked before could you kindly point me
to the questions

Thanks

Version of Outlook and Windows? At the very least you can add a location to
the places bar so its 1 click away.

No, if it doesn't use the last used folder, it can't be forced to remember
it.
