saving email msgs a .eml

I am trying to save an email message that get spammed and creates a .txt file
in outlook express if a save as a .eml the message will re-appear as an email
message that you may respond to. I have converted everthing to MS outlook
and I lost that ability is there any way to save as a .eml or force it?
