Where do you have your online account? Default configurations of Outlook
will download mail from your provider, removing it from their server and
storing it locally in your Outlook. If yours is not doing this you may have
your account configured to leave mail on the server.
Select the messages and click Edit>Move to Folder. Specify a folder in your
delivery location PST. If you can't move, copy instead and then delete from
the IMAP folders.
