Saving Contacts Automatically

Is there a way in where when someone new emails me that their name and email
address will save automatically in my contacts.

and email address will save automatically in my contacts.

You wouldn't want that. It would mean that every junk address on every junk
message you receive would be saved. Instead, you probably want to save
those addresses to which you reply. See this:
