saving Contact info without e-mail address

Is it possible to save a New Contact file on a contact you do not have an
e-mail address for yet? In other words, if you have name, phone, postal
address, etc. but do not yet know their e-mail address, Outlook does not seem
to store the New Contact information. I don't know where it goes after
"Save" but I cannot find the record anywhere. Does it disappear into
cyberspace if you do not include an e-mail address?

What you claim does not happen in Outlook. You can save any Contact with any
information. No email address is required. Provide clear evidence you have
to the contrary so we can figure out what you are doing wrong.
