Saving attachements

Hi there...
A new user to Outlook 2003 server, and I have found a
problem with saving attachements.
If there are 1-3 attachments, I can save them using using
the menu. IF there are more than 3 or 4 attachments,
Outlook will only save 1. To save the others, I have to
save each one individually.

Any ideas?

Is this when you use File-> save Attachments-> All Attachments...?
